AMFF is a fitness and healthy lifestyle support system!

We have regularly scheduled meetups for all days of the week. The majority of our events are tailored so that you can incorporate exercise while accomodating your baby or young child at the same time. Our group is dependant on the active involvement of each member. We "meetup" on a regualr basis so that we are actively working towards reaching our personal fitness and health goals. To maintain your membership status, it is required that each member attend a minimum of ONE meetup per month.

If you have specific questions about what our group has to offer, feel free to contact Christina, AMFF's Founder and Organizer or request to join the group. Upon approval, you will recieve a 3 day trial membership where you can get a taste of what our group has to offer. Please take this opportunity to view our Calendars, the Message Boards, Photos, etc.. Please note that after your initial membership approval, the deadline to pay for your AMFF Membership Subscription and submit your completed AMFF Member Questionnaire will be 9 a.m. on day four. You will officially become an Astoria Moms For Fitness Motivated Mom once your payment and emailed Member Questionnaire is recieved. If we do not recieve these by the deadline, your membership approval will automatically be terminated.

Step by step:
1. Once your recieve your initial approval, please read thourgh our Astoria Moms For Fitness Meetup Group Member Bylaws under "Files" to make sure this group is the right "fit" for you!

2. Again, under "Files" please locate the AMFF Member Questionnaire file. Copy and paste into your email body, fill in the blanks and email back to Christina, your AMFF Founder and Organizer.

3. Make your non-refundable $17 biannual AMFF Membership Subscription off our Meetup homepage via Paypal.
